Auditions: Alice in Wonderland

The Players Club of Swarthmore will be holding auditions on Sunday, June 3rd at 6:30pm for the Children’s Theater production of Alice in Wonderland.
 

Please prepare a 3 minute, family-friendly story / monologue (real or fabricated) you can tell wildly and enthusiastically.
 
Please download and complete the PCS audition form from the Auditions Page.
 
If you cannot attend on the audition date, feel free to email the director, Heather Timberman, at rhinoandstove@gmail.com to set up an audition.
 
Although characters are listed as gender specific, ALL actors will be considered for ALL roles.
 
ROLES
 

Alice – A precocious polite young lady who is curious about the land she falls into and it’s inhabitants.
 
Lewis Carroll (Narrator/ Mad Hatter) -An avuncular figure for Alice and her sisters. Loves telling stories.
 
Edith (Caterpillar/March Hare/Queen of Hearts) – Alice’s older sister. Edith is poised, polite and very loving towards her sisters.
 
Lorina (Lizard Bill/Cheshire Cat/Dormouse/5 of Hearts) -Alice’s younger sister. Lorina is enthusiastic, sweet, and a bit silly.
 
Reverend Duckworth (White Rabbit/King of Hearts) – A stately and kind man who enjoys spending time with Lewis, Alice, and her sisters.

 
Please note: PCS is an all-volunteer organization, all roles are unpaid.
