PCS offers Guaranteed Seating to our Patrons. When you purchase a ticket to a specific performance, you are guaranteed a seat for that show.
The Players Club has partnered with TheaterMania.com to bring you Guaranteed Seating as well as online and phone-based ticket ordering.
Our seating is general admission, and there are no bad seats in the intimate 298 seat house. In addition, there are 4 wheelchair accessible seating locations. All seats offer excellent views of the stage and good acoustics.
Doors open to the lobby one hour before curtain time. Doors to the house open 30 minutes before curtain.
Tickets are usually available up until curtain time for most performances. Guaranteed Tickets may be available up to 2 hours prior to a performance. For our most popular shows (usually musicals), we do occasionally sell out performances, so please order your tickets early to ensure that you will get a seat before coming to the theater.
We will hold your seat, but we will not hold the curtain, so please plan on arriving before curtain time on show night. It is up to the discretion of the House Manager to seat you after the performance begins.
Individual tickets for our shows are sold by Phone or Internet up to 2 hours before curtain time. The Box Office sells available tickets right up until curtain unless the show is previously sold out. The box office opens 1 hour before curtain on show nights (and afternoons). Tickets can be purchased for any performance of any show when the box office is open.

Second Stage / Children’s Theater Series
Admission is $10. Season tickets, even expired one-per-show tickets and vouchers, are also honored.
All Second Stage performances are currently sold as first-come first-seated only.
This option provides a strip of 7 vouchers (or a double strip of 14), each voucher can be redeemed for a ticket to any performance of any production throughout the season. Redeem these vouchers one at a time, or use several of them to bring a group of friends to any show. You can redeem your FLEX Voucher at the box office on the night of a production and we will exchange it for a ticket if there are seats available; or you can call ahead, 1-866-811-4111, and guarantee your seat in advance. Flex subscriptions allow you to decide which performances best meet the needs of your schedule.
By Redeeming your Subscription Voucher for a Guaranteed Ticket ahead of time, you ensure that you will get a seat, and allow yourself to show up at the theater anytime before curtain (no more getting in line ahead of time and hoping to get into a popular show!)
Subscription tickets are your best value, saving a lot of money over box office prices. Subscriptions can be ordered by calling 866-811-4111.
This should take you to a page where you can select the type of subscription that you wish to order. Using the box to the left of the subscription type that you would like choose the number of subscriptions that you want to order. If you wish to suport the theater by becoming a member, you may select a membership at this time as well.
When you have made your selections, please hit the Submit button. The Submit button will appear centered in the page, near the bottom.
When you hit the Submit button, you will be taken to a page that shows your Shopping Cart. Please review the items in your shopping cart. If there is something that you do not wish to purchase, simply put a check in the box to the left of the item that you wish to remove. Then click on the hyperlink that says “Remove selected items.” This hyperlink appears directly below the list of items in your cart.
If you click to remove an item from your cart a small window will pop up asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the item.
Tickets may be purchased AT the Box Office, but please note that this must be during normal Box Office hours. Box Office sales are done in person, if you wish to purchase by phone, please call the number above. Because we are an all-volunteer organization our Box Office is only open 1 hour before curtain on show nights (and matinee afternoons).
You can also obtain specific Guaranteed Tickets to the performances of your choice at the time that you order your subscription.

Membership has its privileges
Those who wish to become members of The Players Club can do so on the subscription form for $20 per person or $35 for two persons in the same household. Members are entitled to attend special meetings and events, vote in Players Club elections, and receive a courtesy $1 discount on tickets purchased at the box office, by phone, or on-line.

- The type and number of subscriptions you want.

- If ordering by credit card, include your card number, expiration date and the name exactly as it appears on your card.

- The name and address of the gift recipient. We will add them to our mailing list and they’ll receive our newsletter each month.

When you order your tickets online, you will receive a receipt. Your tickets will be held and Guaranteed for you. You can pick up your tickets at the Box Office on the night of the production by going to the “Will Call” window.
Our Main Stage auditorium is wheelchair accessible, but our Raymond W. Smith Second Stage Theater is not, and could be difficult for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged to call the theater at 610-328-4271 for details about our facilities. Anyone needing to be seated early in our auditorium should arrive at least a half hour before the performance and contact our House Manager in the main lobby for assistance.For those who would like assistive listening devices, they can be obtained from the box office at no charge prior to all of our mainstage shows. These radio devices allow you to hear everything perfectly, even from the back of the house!
We have a fully ADA-compliant restroom, with plenty of room to turn a motorized wheelchair around and automated controls on just about everything. The seats in our auditorium are cushioned, wide, and comfortable. There are four wheelchair spaces (two in front and two in the rear of the auditorium), as well as several easy access seats with flip-up arms.
A super bargain in theater: the Players Club of Swarthmore is a best bet for your group functions. Your group will receive a reduced ticket price. We would like to help you meet your group’s social or fund raising needs. Your organization can even reserve the entire theater for a special fund raising performance at amazingly low group rates for our 298 seat theater. (There are 4 additional wheelchair spaces available.) Group rates vary for straight plays and musicals. You must have at least 15 persons and you must call for arrangements at least two weeks before the show desired. Just call 610-328-4271 then push the Group Sales number indicated on our menu. We will return your call, answering all your questions and your group will be on their way for a special visit to the theater!
