Your subscription entitles you to 7 vouchers.  They can be used any way you desire:  use 1 voucher to see each show of our season; use all 7 vouchers to see any one show in our season; or use the vouchers in any combination in between.  See Our Town on a Saturday night, choose the second Thursday of Crazy For You, and pick up a Sunday matinee of Children of Eden. The choices are yours!

When you decide which performance you would like to attend, you can guarantee your seat ahead of time by calling TheaterMania at 1-866-811-4111. You will then pick up your ticket at the box office before the show.

If you purchased your subscription on-line, you can redeem your vouchers on-line as well, in order to guarantee yourself a seat for the performances of your choice.

4. Come to the theater and present your e-Ticket to the ticket taker

By Redeeming your Subscription Voucher for a Guaranteed Ticket ahead of time, you ensure that you will get a seat, and allow yourself to show up at the theater anytime before curtain.

If you decide at the last minute that you would like to attend a performance, simply bring your voucher to the box office and exchange it for your ticket. You may redeem your voucher even if you don’t have it with you. Ask the box office personnel to look up your account – if you have not already redeemed a ticket for that show they will print one out for you – even if you forgot your voucher.

If your plans change, you can exchange your tickets for another night of the same show, provided that you exchange before the date you originally reserved for. This is a benefit extended to our subscribers only.

Seating at the Players Club is general admission, which allows us to make our subscriptions so flexible. If you prefer to sit in a particular part of the theater you may wish to arrive early. Doors to the lobby open one hour before curtain time, and the box office will be open at that time. Doors to the house open one half hour prior to curtain time.

Accessibility

Our Main Stage auditorium is wheelchair accessible. Assisted listening devices may be obtained from the box office at no charge prior to all of our Main Stage shows. These radio devices allow you to hear everything perfectly. We have a fully ADA-compliant restroom, with plenty of room to turn a motorized wheelchair around and automated controls on just about everything. The seats in our auditorium are cushioned, wide and comfortable. There are four wheelchair spaces (two in front and two in the rear of the auditorium) as well as several easy access seats with flip-up arms.
